A clinic built by the doctors who practice the care we deliver

PasoVista Urgent Care & Psychiatry is owned and led by two practicing physicians: a board-certified primary care and geriatrics doctor, and a board-certified psychiatrist. That ownership isn’t a marketing line — it’s the design of the practice. The two disciplines under this roof mirror the two disciplines that own it.

We built PasoVista because Northeast El Paso needed more than another urgent care chain. Families here deserve a place they can walk into on a Saturday afternoon and a place they can trust with something as personal as depression, anxiety, ADHD, or a medication that isn’t working the way it should. Splitting those two needs across two different clinics — often on opposite sides of the city — makes both harder to solve.

Take the time to get it right.

In a walk-in setting, “fast” and “thorough” are supposed to be opposites. We don’t believe that. Our providers are trained to move efficiently through the parts of a visit that should move quickly, and to slow down for the parts that shouldn’t.

Say what you'd say to your family.

Every explanation, plan, and recommendation we give a patient is one we’d give someone we love. If we’d want a second opinion for our own mother, we tell you that. If a medication has a real trade-off, we say so.

Treat the whole person.

A cough might be a cough. It might also be a story about sleep, stress, or something no one has asked about in years. Our providers listen for what patients aren’t saying, and we make it easy to walk from urgent care into a psychiatric evaluation without having to start over somewhere new.

Northeast El Paso is home. We opened at 4747 Hondo Pass Drive, Suites N & O, El Paso, TX 79924, so local families can access urgent and psychiatric care close to home. We are located just minutes from Fort Bliss, the Dyer corridor, Northgate, and the surrounding Mountain Park neighborhoods.
